The FEZtival of Trees fundraiser is an excellent opportunity for businesses to show their philanthropic support while receiving public recognition for their contribution. This type of event has been hosted by other Shrine organizations around the United States for several years. We shared over 140 displays in previous years and welcomed over a thousand guests. Our 2025 goal is to have over 80 sponsored displays with a few thousand guests.

The tree and wreath displays that receive the most raffle ticket submissions will be designated as the "FEZtival of Trees Champions".

- Sponsors will have their name, logo and link added to the event website.

THE BASICS
TREE / WREATH DISPLAYS
MONETARY SPONSORSHIP
A special ornament will be placed on the Memorial Display to honor your loved one.
The ornaments may be picked up at the venue on Monday, December 2, 2024 or arrangements made for safe shipping. *Requests accepted to have ornament directly mailed to sponsor and not placed on display.
Any denomination and quantity of Gift Cards are appreciated. MISC items are welcome. We need printing services, marketing services, holiday decorations, snacks/drinks for volunteers, hand-made holiday crafts, etc.
- All display applications requested by November 14, 2025.
- Elf Khurafeh Shrine, El Said Court No 28 nor FEZtival of Trees staff/volunteers are responsible for loss or damage to any sponsor owned or furnished items.
- All sponsors are requested to complete their set up by 9:00 PM on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
- Sponsors are asked to select a theme when designing their display.
TREE / WREATH DISPLAYS
- Display value is at the discretion of the sponsor; $250 value requested; no maximum value cap.
- Display spaces are 5ft maximum diameter. Tree, Wreath and all related items must fit in the assigned space.
- Maximum tree height is 10ft. No minimum height required.
- All Trees and Wreaths must utilize LED lighting only. NO incandescent lamps accepted.
- All display lights must have the option to be solid, no chasing nor flashing of any kind. FEZtival of Trees Staff reserves the right to power off displays for the safety of the guests.
- All displays MUST have new artificial Trees/Wreaths - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Creative and non-traditional trees are encouraged as long as guidelines are adhered to by sponsors.
- All displays are requested to have at least three unwrapped gifts under their Tree/Wreath.
- Cash, gift cards, certificates, scratch off tickets and small high value items (such as jewelry) are NOT to be placed on or under the display. These items need to be secured by the FEZtival of Trees Staff and presented to the winner. NO EXCEPTIONS. Decorate with images of gift cards or provide a sign/letter explaining the additional items not physically displayed.
- For stability and safety, all trees are required to have a solid tree stand. Tree skirts are recommended.
- Each display will be designated access to one power outlet, which may be up to 15 ft away. A new indoor extension cord that meets standard electrical code is recommended (unless the display is battery operated).
- The empty tree/wreath boxes and other reusable packaging shall be held at the venue and provided to the winner.
- All set up accessories (wire, tape, decorating hangers, scissors, etc.) to be supplied by the display sponsor.
- Unless specifically tagged, the display winner will be awarded everything displayed; the tree/wreath, all decoration, all gifts, power cords, etc. All small high value items will be safeguarded by the FEZtival of Trees Staff until pick up as previously noted.
