Circus Park Event Center is a spacious one room banquet facility in Clio, Genesee County.
Circus Park Event Center has a 12’x20’ elevated stage, 24’x50’ large dance floor and 11’ ceilings that will let your party cut loose and celebrate any occasion (corporate events, banquets, ceremonies, graduations, birthdays, reunions and memorials). Rental provides access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen and refreshment area, along with seating for up to 480 guests. The 7,500 sq ft room has 60” round tables and 8' rectangular tables that comfortably seat 8 guests. The 100+ acres and pavilion with picnic tables, covered bridge and mini creek offer a greater area to expand festivities or to host ceremonies.
Our venue offers a blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams. You may utilize our Preferred Vendors for entertainment, catering, refreshments, decorating, etc or any vendor that fits your personal vision. Guests may choose to use our Additional Services such as a bonus room, soda fountain, and full service clean up staff.
Circus Park Event Center is located at 4240 West Wilson Road in Clio, which is one mile south of Vienna Road, between Linden and Jennings. The facility has ample lighted parking, concrete sidewalks and a covered drive-up entry for guests that require a shorter walk to the building.

Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Per the rental agreement Section 4: A certificate of insurance naming Elf Khurafeh Shrine (4240 W Wilson Rd, Clio MI 48420) as additional insured shall be delivered to the LESSOR not less than thirty (30) days prior to the event.

CLEAN UP
Clean up is 100% the responsibility of Lessor; Contract Section 12, Tasks A - H
To return premises in a neat and clean condition, commensurate with the condition received. All clean up is expected to be completed before you leave the premises. Surcharges will be applied for incomplete clean and removal of personal/vendor property left at the venue past contracted date/time.
CLEAN UP INCLUDES:
A) All liquid waste to be emptied into buckets, then disposed of
B) All other trash to be bagged and taken to the dumpster
C) Removal of all decorations and food
D) Chairs restacked in count of 8
E) Tables cleared and wiped clean
F) Kitchen and bar areas cleared of all supplies and wiped clean
G) Removal of all personal items you brought into the facility
H) Return outside property to original state;
Reset picnic tables, removal of decorations, trash disposed in dumpster
