Circus Park Event Center is a spacious banquet facility located in Clio, Michigan, operated by the Elf Khurafeh Shriners.
The venue features a 12’x20’ elevated stage, a large 24’x50’ dance floor, and 11-foot ceilings, making it ideal for a variety of celebrations, including corporate events, banquets, ceremonies, graduations, birthdays, reunions, and memorials.
When you rent the facility, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and refreshment area, as well as seating for 450+ guests. The 7,500 sq. ft. room includes 60-inch round tables and 8-foot rectangular tables, comfortably seating 8 guests per table.
Additionally, the venue boasts over 100 acres of outdoor space, which includes a pavilion with picnic tables, a covered bridge, and a mini creek, making it perfect for expanding festivities or hosting outdoor ceremonies. The facility also provides ample lighted parking, concrete sidewalks, and a covered drive-up entry for guests who prefer a shorter walk to the building.
Our venue offers a blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams. You are free to choose any vendor for entertainment, catering, refreshments, decorating, and more that aligns with your vision. Guests can also opt for additional services, such as a bonus room, soda fountain, and day-before access.

What options do I have
We're excited to let you know that your rental includes access to our spacious main hall, featuring a large dance floor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a refreshment area with an ice machine. Plus, you'll have full access to our charming pavilion and beautiful grounds.
This means you can celebrate a ceremony and reception, hold a weekend family reunion, or organize company festivities and banquets—all in one amazing location. We can't wait to help you create wonderful memories.
If you're looking for more options, you can add the Soda Fountain, Bonus Room, Day Prior Access, and Extended Hours. Additionally, you can create your own floor plan at no extra charge!

Soda Fountain
Make things easier by using our soda fountain! No need to carry extra bottles or stress about running low on drinks. You'll find a great selection to choose from, including Sprite, Coke, soda water, tonic water, Diet Coke, Fanta Orange, Mellow Yellow, plain water, lemonade, and tea. Just a little heads up: we don't provide cups, so be sure to bring your own.

Bonus Room
We're excited to offer you a cozy 240-sq-ft private room! This space features full-length wall mirrors and makeup mirrors, perfect for getting ready. You’ll find linen-covered tables and chairs available if you’d like them, along with complimentary bottled water, mints, and chocolates. Plus, there's a sink right in the room, and restrooms are just a short walk away. We can't wait for you to experience it.

Day Prior Access
Take a deep breath and let go of any stress about prep time! If you can, try to get access to the venue a day before the event. This way, you can leisurely work on your centerpieces, set up those beautiful photo backdrops, and prepare the food without any rush. Giving yourself that extra day will help you turn your vision into reality with ease!

Devise Your Own Floor Plan
Circus Park does not have a fixed floor plan. The main hall, which accommodates over 450 people, can be arranged to suit your vision. You have the option to use 60-inch round tables, 8-foot rectangular banquet tables, and up to four 30-inch cocktail tables. Feel free to print or sketch your preferred table-and-chair layout and send it to [email protected].

Payment Plans
We know that planning an event can be a bit tricky, but we’re here to help! You can make payments at your convenience using cash, check, or card (a small 4% processing fee applies to card payments). Don’t forget, the final balance is due 30 days before your event. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Commercial General Liability Insurance
A certificate of insurance naming Elf Khurafeh Shrine is required at least 30 days prior to the event. The Event Helper can provide you with the necessary insurance within a few minutes. Click HERE to get insurance.
