What REALLY happens at a FEZ-TIVAL of trees?The FEZtival in Clio MI is an indoor event at Circus Park Event Center to benefit the Elf Khurafeh Shriners and Ladies of El Said Court No 28. Community businesses, organizations and individual sponsors set up and decorate tree and wreath displays with unwrapped presents. They will be adorned with various ornaments, lights and decorations showcasing unique traditional and nontraditional themes.
Attendees will have the opportunity to WIN the themed displays INCLUDING ALL THE PRESENTS by purchasing and depositing a raffle ticket in an affiliated container. A prize value of $500 or more. There are NO limits to the number of tickets that can be purchased.

Holiday drinks and treats will be available for purchase.

FEZ-TIVAL VS FESTIVAL?

For many families, the holiday festivities may not be the same as others without the support of the local Shriners. The Nobles of Elf Khurafeh Shrine and Ladies of El Said Court No 28 have joined forces to make a greater impact on the children in our community.
The "FEZ" in our FEZtival of Trees is a key Shrine word. Shriners are visually recognized in the community by the maroon and white hats they wear, known as a 'FEZ'. When you see FEZtival, we hope you think of the Shrine dedication to so many children who are longing to receive love and support. Do you have a true passion for helping children? Don't hesitate, ask a Shriner what their philanthropies are all about. |

The FEZtival of Trees fundraiser is an excellent opportunity for a business, organization or group to show their philanthropic support while receiving public recognition for their contribution. This style of event has been successfully hosted by other Shrine organizations around the United States for several years. Based on the events Elf Khurafeh Shrine and El Said Court No 28 have sponsored, we expect to have a few thousand people to view the trees.
We welcome you to donate, design and decorate a themed pre lit LED artificial tree or wreath this holiday season! The theme is limited only to your imagination.

- What make this festival different than others?
The FEZ-tival of Trees is not just an event to view the sponsored holiday display...You have the opportunity to WIN everything in the display - INCLUDING THE GIFTS. - How much are the raffle tickets?
The raffle tickets are sold as ten tabs for $5.00 You write you name and contact information on the ticket stub and deposit the corresponding tabs in the candy cane receptacle to the corresponding display you want to WIN. - Are raffle tickets available online?
No. All raffle sales will be done in person. - Will tree photos and video be available to view online?
Quick snapshots will be available online. To see the full holiday spectacular, event attendance is required. - How do I purchase an admission ticket?
$2 Adult, Senior and Teen admission tickets will be directly available at the main entrance. Children 12 & Under are FREE. - Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but keep in mind we hope to have a large crowd. Those with mobility concerns are recommended to attending at the opening hour. - Will photos with Santa be available?
Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be on-site at various times during the six day event. - Will you have food and drinks?

- Tickets are ten ticket tabs for $5.
- Winners for all raffle items are selected at random.
- You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a raffle ticket; adults may purchase tickets and write a minors name on the ticket stub. Prizes may be awarded to minors, unless otherwise stipulated.
- Each purchased raffle ticket stub is to be deposited into a gold box for recording. The raffle ticket tabs, when placed in the candy cane of their choice, makes the holder eligible to win that item. One raffle ticket tab will be drawn from each candy cane receptacle. The individual whose raffle ticket number is drawn is declared the winner. Exceptions will be any item(s) previously specified as not included.
- Raffle winners need not be present to win. Raffle winners will be called on the final day of the event following the drawings using the contact number written on the raffle ticket. It is imperative to write legibly so an accurate phone number is available. Raffle winner must answer or immediately return the call or text. Three attempts will be made to try to reach the winner. After the third attempt, a redraw will occur.
- If the raffle winner selects not to accept the prize won, a redraw will occur.
- Raffle winners must pick up their winning tree/wreath and gifts during the specified pickup times. If these times do not work for the winner, a redraw will occur.
- For all items individual or cumulative of $600+ in value, the actual raffle winner must sign a Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Form (W9) upon pick up.
- Raffle winners can have their items picked up by someone else if requested during the prize winner phone call, but only if the value of the item is $599 or less in value.
