Proposed change to the Bylaws of Elf Khurafeh Shrine.
This proposed change removes the requirement to appoint all positions in the appointed line. Elf Khurafeh shall have elected officers and MAY have appointed officers. This change is needed as less nobles show an interest in being involved in temple leadership.
