We are excited to get your event planning in motion. Please complete this EVENT QUESTIONNAIRE to guide the Rental Coordinator in providing you top notch customer service. You may access and update your questionnaire throughout your planning process.

Rental Fees

Per rental agreement Section 7:
​To pay as rent the sum  as outlined in Appendix A:

• Security deposit at the time the agreement is entered. 
• Rental balance not later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of usage.
• All payments and related documents to be mailed to Elf Khurafeh Shrine, Attn: Hall Rentals, PO Box 1, Clio MI 48420

Payment methods accepted:  Cash, Check (personal, business, cashier's), Money Order, or Debit/Credit Card (4% processing charge)

• Sketch your preferred table and chair arrangement depicting table style
• 60" Round Tables
• 8' Rectangle Tables
• 30" Cocktail Tables - Limit 3, require linen covers
• Chairs in stacks of eight (8)
• 480 Indoor capacity - Main hall 81' x 93' estimate; 7500+ sqr ft

Commerical General Liability Insurance

Per the rental agreement Section 4:
A certificate of insurance naming Elf Khurafeh Shrine (4240 W Wilson Rd, Clio MI 48420) as additional insured shall be delivered to the LESSOR not less than thirty (30) days prior to the event.

• Commercial general liability insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000 for bodily injury or property damage from any one occurrence.
• Host liquor liability insurance coverage with limits of no less than $1,000,000.

• Full length wall mirrors & 2 makeup mirrors
• Linen covered tables & chairs
• A fresh bouquet of flowers
• Bottled water, mints, chocolates
• Sink in room; Restroom in close proximity 

Clean Up

$500 Security Deposit - Friday, Saturday, Sunday rentals
$250 Security Deposit - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday rentals

Basic Clean - 100% the responsibility of Lessor; Contract Section 7, Tasks A - H
Full Service Clean - Lessor only responsible for Contract Section 7, Tasks F, G & H ​ - Optional contract add on;  Call for pricing

A) All liquid waste to be emptied into buckets, then disposed of.
B) All other trash to be bagged and taken to the dumpster.
C) Removal of all decorations and food.
D) Chairs restacked in count of 8.
E) Tables cleared and wiped clean.
F) Kitchen and bar areas cleared of all supplies and wiped clean.
G) Removal of all personal items you brought into the facility; Anything left behind will become the property of Elf Khurafeh Shrine
H) Return outside property to original state

Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Per rental agreement Section 6:
​To cancel this agreement not less than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the rental date or forfeit one-half (1/2) of the deposit.  To cancel this agreement not less than sixty (60) days prior to the rental date or forfeit all of the deposit.

Your direct FEEDBACK is important for the success of your event. REFERRALS truly express your satisfaction with the Rental Coordinator, Hall Monitors and venue as a whole. All personal referrals that provide a signed new rental date will be rewarded with a gift card.

REVIEWS express your rental experience with the local and virtual communities. We ask for direct Feedback prior to Reviews so we may address your concerns when they arise and maintain a higher level of satisfaction.
