We've got a new process for dues!
Shriners International has joined with Electronic Merchant Systems to greatly simplify the process of paying dues. This new process also simplifies the Recorder's job. Now, when you pay your dues online, your account in WebFez is automatically updated.

Since this is a new process, this page serves as a tutorial before you hit the actual dues payment page. When you click the LINK below, you will see a page that looks like the first photo.
You will need to select Elf Khurafeh Shriners where it says Select Temple. You'll then need to enter your Shrine ID. This number is found on your plastic dues card, or on the second page of the "My Fez Card Viewer" app on your phone. Finally, you'll need to enter your last name and click on the large green "Verify" button. That will take you to the payment page, shown below. On the left side of the page is a section showing the temple name, your Shrine ID, your name, the total due, and any arrears you may have. Under that section will be the total you owe. On the right side is where you'll enter your payment information. You'll need to enter your name as it appears on your card, select the card type, enter the card number, expiration month and year, and the CVV Code. You will need to enter the amount of dues you are paying. With the new system, you now have the option to choose a donation amount to either the hospital or the temple. If you prefer not to include a donation, just leave those fields at 0. Make sure you check the "I agree" box to allow your card to be debited. Your receipt will be sent to the email address on file. If you chose to have it sent to a different address, tick the checkbox, enter the email address, then confirm it. Finish up by clicking the big green "Submit Payment" button. |
